Tray cable roll forming line

Cable tray roll forming line is professional for steel sheet cold-form industries by forming the steel sheet to tray cable according to customer’s requirement and cut to length automatically. It is able to roll form two different profiles(tray&cap) by adjusting the rollers. It has advantages of high forming speed, low noise, stable transmission, easy operation etc.

Feeding trolley

Function:send the coil material to the position of the uncoiler and help to wear the coil material on the uncoiler spindle.

Feeding trolley is composed of a walking chassis and a lifting rack.

The trolley seat is on two rails, and the lifting material rack is pushed by the oil cylinder to lift the material coil to the same height as the spindle axis of the uncoiler. The motor drives the walking chassis to move, and the material coil is wound on the spindle of the uncoiler. After the feeding is in place, the coil hold the material and  tightenit. Then the material frame will be lowered and the trolley drived back to the next loading position.

FunctionUnwinding and discharging

StructureThe uncoiling machine is hydraulic expansion and contraction type. The material is fed into the uncoiler reel and then the drum is expanded and tightened with auxiliary support device. It is active rotation with damping.

 

Roll forming machine

FunctionThe steel sheet is formed into a desired shape by rolling through a plurality of phrases. The molding machine adopts a two-layer structure to form two kinds of plates.

StructureThe molding machine adopts a guide column structure and a chain drive.

The base is annealed after welding and then processed through the machining center. The equipment has the characteristics of strong rigidity, good stability and high precision.The reducer is driven by the lower shaft, and the upper and lower shafts are synchronized gears (the necessary passes are used).Material of large shaft is 40Cr. Quenched hardness is HRC45.

 

Shearing machine

Function:The shaped profile is cut with desired length. The shearinf isdriven by motor.

Structure:It is cut with scrap and needs to be shut down when cutting.

 

Hydraulic system

Function:To provide power for the hydraulic cylinders of the production line. This set of hydraulic system is specially designed and manufactured. Different hydraulic components are used to realize different working requirements of each hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic system is specially developed for special models. The hydraulic machine adopts a pump and a special hydraulic control module. It has the characteristics of fast punching speed and low noise. It is also equipped with a cooler to meet the needs of continuous production.

 

Electrical control system

Function:PLC is used to centrally control the automatic operation of the entire production line. Theproduction line is divided into two modes of operation, single mode and automatic mode. The single mode is used for commissioning. It can individually controlled the movement of each unit. The automatic mode is the automatic action during continuous production. The equipment is automatically produced without the need from the operator. Product length and specification adjustment are realized by touch screen with digital display.

After sales service

We not only apply ourselves to develop the new products and improve our products’ quality, but also build a quite perfect after sales service network all over the world and supply more convenience and better service for our customers.

We supply the foundation fig of the machine’s installation but not constructing. We take charge of the machine’s installation and adjustment if you supply the lifting equipment and necessary conditions. Please let us know the list of accessories before the machine leaves the factory.

1. When the machine is finished, we will inform you to inspect the machine in our factory. After your inspection and acceptance, the machine will be shipped.

     2. During installing the machine, we supply free training and technical consultation service, buyer be in charge of accommodation, flight and daily salary of technician.

3. The final acceptance of the machine is done in you place according to the signed agreement and relative technical files.

4. We guarantee for product’s maintenance, change and return after sales for one year. In this period, we can change the damaged parts for free if not your responsibility (not including easily worm parts). After this period, we can repair the machine for you only taking the basic charge.
