The surface of the plate can not have obvious bump(Bump range ≤ 10% of the thickness of the steel plate).

If the plate is coating sheet, the coating should conform to the surface coating inspection standard and there should be no abnormal skin peeling to affect the quality of roll forming.

If the plate is galvanized sheet, the zinc coating should be in accordance with the galvanized inspection standard and there should be no abnormal zinc layer fall downto affect the quality of roll forming.

5Detailed information

  • Uncoiler

Uses: Positioning the coils on the uncoiler.

Structure and function:

Carrying capacity 3t

The cantilever structure facilitates the loading from the side, and the rotary drum is used to push the barrel to tighten the inner wall of the coil. And cooperate with the subsequent process to uncoil the roll. No power drive on the uncoiler.

  • Leveling machine

Function: release the head of the coil, introduce it into the leveling machine, and level the sheet. Make the material head enter the leveling device smoothly,

Structure: The leveling device includes a power pinch roller and a leveling roller. The pinch roller can be adjusted up and down to facilitate the adjustment of the leveling gap and the leveling angle. Five-roller leveling, screw adjustment. The feeding port is provided with a side vertical roller positioning device.

The leveling roller is GCr15, after heat treatment, HRC58-62.

  • Roll forming machine

Function: Roll forming the steel sheet to profiles as required.

Structure: The roll forming machine adopts wall plate structure, sprocket chain. The base is annealed after the section steel is welded, and then processed by the machining center. The equipment has the characteristics of strong rigidity, good stability and high precision.

The reducer is driven by the lower shaft, and the upper and lower shafts use synchronous gears (if necessary, it is used).

Roller shaft holder material is QT470

Big shaft material is 40Cr, quenching hardness HRC45

Two options for product switching:

1. The whole hoisting of rollers for product switching (2 sets of quick-change units). Independent reduction box transmission.

Product replacement time is about 20 minutes.

Uses: Cutting the guardrail profiles produced by the production line to a programed length.

  • Stacking device

Uses: Supporting the finished profiles and discharge them sideways.

Structure: It consists of a discharge roller and a steel welding frame, and a 2-stage combination rack.

 

  • Hydraulic system

Function:To provide power for the hydraulic cylinders of the production line. This set of hydraulic system is specially designed and manufactured. Different hydraulic components are used to realize different working requirements of each hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic system is specially developed for special models. The hydraulic machine adopts a pump and a special hydraulic control module. It has the characteristics of fast punching speed and low noise. It is also equipped with a cooler to meet the needs of continuous production.

  • Electrical control system

Function:PLC is used to centrally control the automatic operation of the entire production line. Theproduction line is divided into two modes of operation, single mode and automatic mode. The single mode is used for commissioning. It can individually controlled the movement of each unit. The automatic mode is the automatic action during continuous production. We provide a small amount of testing materials. If customers need to test continuously, please prepare steel coil on their own.

Payment: 30% of the total contract amount shall be paid in advance, and 70% of the total contract amount shall be paid before delivery. The offer is valid for 60 days. The delivery deadline for the equipment is 100 days from the date of receiving deposit. After the machine has arrived at the destination, if requested by the buyer, the seller dispatches the engineer to the buyer's factory to guide the installation, and the buyer shall provide the technician to assist the seller's engineer. Installation period is about 6days. Before the seller's engineer departs, the buyer shall prepare the ironsheetsand installing ground in advance. Training time is 3 days. The buyer shall pay the installation fee of $100per person per day to the seller's account. The buyer shall pay the seller engineer round trip tickets, visa and accommodation, solving language problems and providing translation service from living place to the factory and outbound insurance etc.
