HVAC air conditioner duct production auto line

HVAC air conditioner and ventilation duct manufacture auto line is specially designed and produced for small to medium volume of production capacity air duct workshops and is used to work with the galvanized coil material with weight up to 6 tons, thickness up to maximum 2.0 mm, maximum working speed up to 15m/min.

Besides this machine, other duct machines such as pittsburgh lock former for pittsburgh lock, drive cleat, TDF/TDC duct flange forming machine for roll forming of duct connection flanges, duct plasma cutting machine for particular workpieces cutting, pittsburgh lock seam closing/zipping machine and others will complete the rectangular air ventilation duct fabrication sequence.

The machine is composed with uncoiler, leveling rolls, beading rolls, cutting off and folding device. The uncoiler drives to uncoil the galvanized coil material and feed it into leveling rolls, the pinch rolls and leveling rolls flats the material sheet and cut them off with programed size of length.

The machine provides high efficiency production of straights air-ducts workpiece for further processing. The production process can be operated by one worker. The quantity and the size of the required HVAC ventilation duct workpieces are inserted directly through the Touch Screen of the controller with a convenient and easy to manage interface.
