3、Detailed information

  • Decoiler

Function: Carrying the material roll, the inner wall of the material roll is tightened by the manual rotation screw. And in conjunction with the subsequent process, the material roll is uncoiled.

Structure: double support structure feeding; uncoiler is passive drag type rotation. The machine frame is assembled by welding high-quality steel plates or sections. In order to ensure that the welded frame is thermally deformed during the welding process, it is subjected to integral annealing after welding. Ensure the rigidity and service life of the equipment.

The main parameters:

Optional addition: hydraulic uncoiler

Function: Carrying the material roll, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the rising barrel to tighten the inner wall of the material roll. And in conjunction with the subsequent process, the material roll is uncoiled.

Structure: It adopts cantilever structure to facilitate material feeding from the side; the pressure material arm prevents the material roll spreading; the uncoiling machine has the function of automatic rotation, which can assist the unwinding of the roll head at the beginning of the unwinding. The machine frame is assembled by welding high-quality steel plates or sections. In order to ensure that the welded frame is thermally deformed during the welding process, it is subjected to integral annealing after welding. Ensure the rigidity and service life of the equipment.

  • Leveling machine

Function:Releasing the roll head and introducing it into the leveling machine to level the sheet. When the material is fed, the straight head is pressed down, so that the material head smoothly enters the leveling device. The leveling device includes the power pinch roller and the leveling roller, the pinch roller can adjust the lifting and lowering to conveniently adjust the leveling gap and the leveling inclination. Five-roller leveling and screw adjustment, up 2 rollers and down 3 rollers. The feed port is provided with a side vertical roller positioning device; adapted to different widths.

The leveling roller material GCr15, heat treated, HRC58-62.

 

  • Roll forming machine

Function: The steel plate is pressed and formed into a desired shape by rolling through a plurality of passes.

Structure: The roll forming machine adopts chain transmission structure. The basement is annealed after welding and then processed through the machining center. The equipment has the characteristics of strong rigidity, good stability and high precision.

The roll forming machine is driven by the lower shaft, and the upper and lower shafts rolling controlled by synchronized gears (if necessary).

Large shaft material is 40Cr, quenching hardness HRC45

Roll forming power : 37Kw

■Cutting machine

Uses: Cutting the guardrail profiles produced by the production line to a programed length.

■Stacking device

Uses: Supporting the finished profiles and discharge them sideways.

Structure: It consists of a discharge roller and a steel welding frame, and a 3-stage combination rack.

Feeding length: ≤2000mm

 

  • Hydraulic system

Function:To provide power for the hydraulic cylinders of the production line. This set of hydraulic system is specially designed and manufactured. Different hydraulic components are used to realize different working requirements of each hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic system is specially developed for special models. The hydraulic machine adopts a pump and a special hydraulic control module. It has the characteristics of fast punching speed and low noise. It is also equipped with a cooler to meet the needs of continuous production.

 

  • Electrical control system

Function:PLC is used to centrally control the automatic operation of the entire production line. Theproduction line is divided into two modes of operation, single mode and automatic mode. The single mode is used for commissioning. It can individually controlled the movement of each unit. The automatic mode is the automatic action during continuous production. The equipment is automatically produced without the need from the operator. Product length and specification adjustment are realized by touch screen with digital display.
